胁痛膏外敷配合红外线照射治疗肝癌疼痛40例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胁痛膏(自拟)外敷配合红外线照射治疗原发性肝癌轻、中度疼痛的临床疗效。方法:70例随机分为两组,治疗组40例用胁痛膏外敷结合红外线照射治疗,对照组30例用三阶梯止痛法治疗,治疗2周。结果:治疗组轻度疼痛总有效率92.0%,中度疼痛总有效率86.7%。对照组轻度疼痛总有效率75.0%,中度疼痛总有效率80.0%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但完全缓解率、止痛起效时间、止痛持续时间方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胁痛膏外敷结合红外线外照射治疗原发性肝癌轻、中度癌痛具有缓解率高、效果明显、起效快、持续时间长的优点,且无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinial therapeutic effect of self-made Plaster for Hypochondriac Pain combined with infrared irradiation on light or middle pain due to primary liver cancer.Method： 70 cases were divided into 2 groups in random.40 cases were treated with Plaster for Hypochondriac Pain combined with infrared irradiation as the study group while 30 cases were treated with three-step analgesic ladder as the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Result： The total effective rate of light pain was 92.0% and that of middle pain was 86.7% in the study group while the total effective rate of light pain was 75.0% and that of middle pain was 80.0% in the control group.There was no statistical significance in the total effective rate between the two groups（P0.05）,but the complete remission rate,the time of producing analgesic effect and the analgesic duration of the study group were superior to that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： Plaster for Hypochondriac Pain combined with infrared irradiation has many advantages in treating light or middle pain due to primary liver cancer,such as high remission rate,obvious effect,rappid effect and long duration and there is no apparent side-effect in the treatment.
