摘　　要：以湖南铁道职业技术学院学生顶岗实习管理平台为例,详细说明其具体的设计,学生顶岗实习管理平台主要包括学生顶岗实习基地信息管理、体验性顶岗实习管理、技术应用性顶岗实习管理、预就业顶岗实习管理和科技创新管理。The paper illustrates its design in detailed according to the students＇ post practice management platform in Hunan Railway Professional Technology College.The students＇ post practice management platform mainly includes the students＇ post practice base information management,experiential post practice management,technology applications post practice management,pre-employment post practice management and science and technology innovation management.
