二磷酸果糖联合维生素C在新生儿窒息后心肌损伤治疗中的效果观察

摘  要:目的探讨二磷酸果糖联合维生素C在新生儿窒息后心肌损伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月~2012年2月广东省深圳市华侨医院收治的新生儿窒息后心肌损伤患儿56例的临床资料。随机分为治疗组和对照组,各28例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用二磷酸果糖和维生素C静脉滴注。疗程结束后分析观察两组患儿的临床疗效,血清中肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)含量。结果治疗结束后,治疗组的总有效率为92.85%,显著高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿血清中肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)含量均较治疗前降低,且治疗后治疗组患儿血清中CK、CK-MB含量均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二磷酸果糖联合维生素C在新生儿窒息后心肌损伤治疗中的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of diphosphate fructose and vitamin C in the treatment of myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia. Methods The clinical data of 56 patients into the hospital for treatment of neonatal asphyxia after myocardial damage from January 2010 to February 2012 was analyzed retrospectively. They were randomLy divided into the treatment group of 28 cases and the control group of 28 cases. The control group was received conventional therapy treatment, and the treatment group was given with diphosphate fructose and vitamin C intravenous infusion on the basis of the conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy, serum creatine kinase (CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) levels for the two groups after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.85%, significantly higher than the total efficiency of 71.43%(P 〈 0.05). The serum creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) content after treatment reduced than before treatment. The serum CK, CK-MB levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy for diphosphate combined with Vitamin C in the treatment of myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia is significant.
