不同分期手足口病患儿B型脑钠肽含量的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨B型脑钠肽在不同分期手足口病患儿中的变化。方法测定226例不同分期手足口病患儿血清中B型脑钠肽的含量,比较其中的差异,对3、4期患者测定左心射血分数(LVEF)。结果手足口病患儿血清中B型脑钠肽均有增高,3、4期患者心衰水平(BNP>100pg/mL)改变显著。结论 B型脑钠肽在不同分期手足口病患儿中变化存在差异,可反映不同分期手足口病患儿的心功能变化,可作为指导手足口病分期及治疗的依据。Objective To investigate the changes of B-type natriuretic peptide in the children with different stages of hand, foot and mouth disease： Methods Determination of the content of B-type natriuretic peptide in the serum of 226 patients with different stages of hand, foot and mouth disease children, and to compare the differences, measured the LVEF of patients, with stage 3,4. Results BNP in all of hand, foot and mouth disease children are increased when the BNP of patients with stage 3,4 are increased significantly above the levels of heart failure population （BNP 〉 100pg/mL）. Conclusion B-type natriuretic peptide in the patients children change differences,what may reflect the changes in heart function in the different stages of hand,foot and mouth disease children, and imply a basis for guiding and treating the disease.
