冠心病患者血浆脂蛋白(a)及载脂蛋白水平的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆脂蛋白(a)及载脂蛋白水平在冠心病患者血浆中水平的变化及其相关性。方法 2011年6月～2012年5月选择在我院进行治疗的冠心病患者60例为研究对象,其中20例为隐匿性冠心病,20例为心绞痛型冠心病,20例为心肌梗死型冠心病,另选择同期在我院健康体检的志愿者20例为对照组,分别检测血浆脂蛋白(a)、载脂蛋白A1及B。结果血浆脂蛋白(a)、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B在4组间比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。其中血浆脂蛋白(a)和载脂蛋白B随着疾病严重程度的增加,水平逐渐升高,载脂蛋白A1则逐渐下降。在不同类型的冠心病患者中,血浆脂蛋白(a)与载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B血浆水平均没有明显的相关性(P>0.05)。结论冠心病患者血浆脂蛋白(a)及载脂蛋白水平发生明显改变,但两者改变不具有相关性。Objective To analyze relativity of Lp（a） and apolipoprotein in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Selected 60 cases with coronary heart disease in Jun 2011 to May 2012, latent coronary heart disease was 20 cases,angina was 20 cases and myocardial infarction was 20 cases. Healthy for physical examination 20 cases were selected as control group. Lp（a） and apolipoprotein were detected. Results Lp（a）, apo A1 and apo B had significant difference in four groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. apo A1 decreased along with serious of state of the illness,Lp （a） and apo B increased along with serious of state of the illness. Lp（a） and apolipoprotein had no relativity relationship in three CHD groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Lp （a） and apolipoprotein levels in patients with coronary heart disease change obviously, but there are no relativity relationship between them.
