摘　　要：目的探讨剖腹产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠MRI表现,提高对本病的认识。方法对5例经临床、病理证实的剖腹产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果 MRI显示5例子宫前下壁局部肌层明显变薄伴相应位置团片状异常信号影,在T1WI序列上呈等低信号,T2WI序列上呈不均匀高信号,子宫基层结合带连续或中断;DWI上呈不均匀高信号。结论剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的MRI表现有一定特征性。Objective To investigate the characteristics of MRI manifestation of cesarean scar pregnancy （CSP）, so that to improve the knowledge of this disease. Methods The radiographic materials of 5 cases with CSP proved by clinical and biopsy were collected in the study. Results MR imaging showed that the anterior walls of uterus were significantly thinner in local muscle groups with the corresponding location of abnormal signal shadows which were low signal intensity on T1WI and heterogeneous high sigal intensity on T2WI, the conjugated zones of substantia propia of the uterus were cintinuous or interrupted, as well as high signal intensity on DWI. Conclusion Caesarean scar pregnancy has some characteristic on MR imaging.
