摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT非增强扫描对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法对79例经手术、病理证实的急性阑尾炎患者的术前多层螺旋CT平扫的影像资料,对照手术、病理进行回顾性分析。结果 79例急性阑尾炎患者中,多层螺旋CT正确诊断的有76例,多层螺旋CT对急性阑尾炎诊断的符合率达96.2%。结论多层螺旋CT能更加直观地显示阑尾本身及周围组织改变以及其他合并症,特别对特殊位置阑尾炎的诊断,为临床诊断及治疗提供了较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the cttagnosuc w o[ preoperative non-enhanced MSCT image on 79 patients with acute appendicitis confirmed by surgical and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Seventy-six of the 79 patients were correctly diagnosed on MSCT; MSCT for acute appendicitis diagnosis accuracy rate of 96.2%. Conclusion MSCT can be more intuitive to show changes in the appendix itself and the surrounding tissue and other complications, especially in the diagnosis of appendicitis on the special position, which provided significant information in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
