摘　　要：目的探讨视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)的超声声像图特征,旨在提高RB的超声诊断与鉴别诊断水平。方法采用高频彩色多普勒超声,对24例RB病灶进行超声扫查,所有病例均经手术及病理证实。结果 24例(24/24,100%)RB声像图显示病灶为玻璃体腔内起源于球后壁的实质性肿块;17例(17/24,70.8%)检出钙斑反射伴声影;8例(8/24,33.3%)病灶出现合并坏死液化表现;10例(10/24,41.7%)声像图显示合并继发性视网膜脱离;2例(2/24,8.3%)出现球外蔓延声像,提示肿瘤有向眶内或颅内转移的可能。所有病例超声诊断与手术、病理诊断一致。结论高频超声对视网膜母细胞瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the retinoblastoma （RB） u]trasonographie features, designed to enhance RB ultrasound diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods Using high frequency color doppler ultrasound in 24 eases of RB lesions, ul- trasound scanning, all eases were confirmed by operation and pathology. Results A total of 24 eases （24/24, 100%） RB image showed foci for intravitreal originated in the ball after a solid mass in the wall. In 17 cases （17/24, 70.8%） detection calcium plaque reflection with acoustic shadow, in $ cases （8/24, 33.3%） lesions associated with necrosis, 10 cases showed （10/24, 41.7%） image display with secondary retinal out of 2 patients, （2/24,8.3%） prompted tumors had to orbit inside or intracranial transfer. Ultrasonic diagnosis and operation in all cases were consistent with pathological diagnosis. Conclusion High frequency hltrasound on the diagnosis of retinoblastoma and differential diagnosis with high application value.
