发酵虫草菌粉对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白及脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨发酵虫草菌粉(金水宝)对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白及脂代谢的改善作用。方法 60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,对照组口服缬沙坦,治疗组在口服缬沙坦的基础上加用发酵虫草菌粉(金水宝),疗程3个月,比较2组的尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿蛋白/肌酐比值(ACR)和血脂的变化。结果治疗后两组比较,治疗组UAER、ACR、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)明显下降(P<0.05)。结论发酵虫草菌粉(金水宝)对早期糖尿病肾病有良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the improvement of urine protein and lipid metabolism to diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 patients of diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The patients of control group received the treatment of Valsartan, and the experiment group received Valsartan and Jinshuibao capsules. After treatment 3 months, urine albumin excretion rate （UAER）, urine albumin/creatinine ratio （ACR） and blood-fat were measured and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the UAER, ACR, the total cholesterol（TC） and triglyc- eride（TG） were decreased significantly in the experiment group. Conclusion The treatment of Jinshuibao capsules was ef- fective for diabetic nephropathy.
