摘　　要：目的探讨小肠梗阻的CT诊断特点。方法收集2011年2月～2012年10月小肠梗阻病例45例,,均行64层螺旋CT扫描,仅做平扫者12例,平扫加增强者33例,必要时采用MPR、CPR、VRT及MIP等后处理方法进行图像重建,回顾性分析45例经手术或临床证实的小肠梗阻的CT和临床资料。结果在45例病例中,CT检查敏感性为100%,定位诊断准确率为91.1%,病因诊断正确率为86.7%,均有肠管呈节段或普遍性扩张积液、积气的表现,因梗阻原因不同而CT表现有所不同。结论 CT是诊断肠梗阻的有效方法,对小肠梗阻CT征象的较好理解将有助于提高诊断准确性并帮助临床及时制定治疗方案。Objective To explore the CT characteristics of small bowel obstruction. Methods From February 2011 to Oc- tober 2012 cases of small bowel obstruction （45 cases）,aged from 31 to 77,alll of them underwent 64-slice spiral CT scanning, only 12 cases made plain,33 cases made plain and enhancement.If necessary,the post-processing methods such as MPR, CPR,VRT and MIP would be used to do image reconstruction.Retrospective analysis of CT and clinical data of 45 cases small bowel obstruction confirmed by surgery or clinical. Results In 45 cases,the sensitivity of CT was 100%,the accuracy was 91.1%,and the accuracy of cause was 86.7%.All of the cases had segmental or general expansion,hydrops,and pneu- matosis.Beeause of the obstruction caused by different reasons,they had different CT performance.
