护理风险管理在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中的应用效果。方法根据有无实施护理风险管理将2010年6月～2012年7月我院768例接受黄疸蓝光照射治疗的新生儿分为常规护理组和护理干预组,比较两组新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗不良事件发生率、基础护理合格率和新生儿家属对护理服务的满意度。结果护理干预组的不良事件发生率明显低于常规护理组(P<0.05),但是护理干预组的基础护理合格率和新生儿家属对护理服务的满意度均明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理能够明显减少黄疸蓝光照射治疗新生儿的不良事件发生,提高护理人员基础护理合格率和新生儿家属对护理服务的满意度。Objective To investigate risk management in neonatal with jaundice blue light irradiation therapy. Methods The clinical data of seven hundred and sixty-eight neonatal with jaundice blue light irradiation therapy who were treated in our hospital from June 2010 to July 2012 were collected, and were divided into the conventional nursing group and nursing intervention group according to providing risk management without, neonatal in the conventional nursing group were given conventional nursing measures, neonatal in the observation group were given specific nursing measures on the basis of the risk management, the adverse events rate, the basic nursing qualified rate and the families of neonatal satisfaction for the nursing service in neonatal with jaundice blue light irradiation therapy were evaluated. Results The adverse events rate in nursing intervention group were lower than that in the conventional care group （P 〈 0.05）, but the basic nursing qualified rate and the satisfaction of neonatal＇ families for the nursing service in nursing intervention group were higher than that in the conventional care group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The risk management can obviously reduce the adverse events of neonatal with jaundice blue light irradiation therapy, and improve the basic nursing qualified rate and the satisfaction of neonatal＇ families for the nursing service, it is worthy of applying for clinical.
