摘 要:武汉保利广场两栋不对称塔楼之间设有42.5m跨、5层高的钢结构连接体。连接体与两侧塔楼采用刚接连接方式,采用主、次桁架的结构形式:沿跨度方向设置2榀主桁架,沿宽度方向设置4榀次桁架托换上部框架。连接体刚度对整体结构的动力特性有显著影响,为减少整体结构的地震扭转反应,连接体主桁架中部斜腹杆采用屈曲约束支撑(BRB)。连接体采用了抗震性能化设计思路,以弹性分析方法为主,结合静力弹塑性分析及弹塑性时程分析方法进行验证,重点考虑了连接体的温度作用及楼板平面内受力。连接体采用"液压同步提升技术"进行整体提升,设计中对该过程进行了详细的模拟分析。在提升施工过程中对连接体位移及应变进行了监测。Between the two asymmetrical towers of Wuhan Poly Plaza,there is a 42.5m span,5-storey hight steel connective structure.The connective structure rigidly connects with the two tower.The main and sub truss system are used to form the connective structure,two main trusses are set along the span direction,and four sub trusses are set along the width direction to support the frame structure above.Since the stiffness of the connective structure have a significant affect on the dynamic characteristics of the whole building,the buckling restrained brace(BRB)is installed in the middle span of the main truss of the connective structure to reduce the torsional responses of the building under earthquake.The connective structure was designed based on seismic performance use elastic analysis theory.The pushover analysis and elastic-plastic time-history analysis were carried out for validation.The temperature effect and force in the plane of the floor slabs is especially considered.The hydraulic synchronizing technology is used to elevate the connective structure.In the design process,a detailed construction phase simulation analysis was applied.Monitoring of displacement and strain of the connective structure has been carried out during the lifting construction process.
