摘  要:描述了铝电解过程中炭阳极的作用和消耗状况,分析了炭阳极选择性氧化产生的原因,提出了提高煤沥青黏结焦抗氧化性能对于降低铝电解过程中炭阳极过量消耗的意义,介绍了通过添加剂对黏结剂煤沥青进行改质处理来提高炭阳极抗氧化性能的研究现状。Role and consumption of carbon anode in the aluminium electrolysis were reviewed. Reason for the selective oxidation of carbon anode was analyzed. Importance of reducing excessive consumption of carbon anode by the improvement of oxidation resistance of pitch-based binding coke was suggested. Researches on the enhancement of oxidation resistance for carbon anode by modification of coal-tar pitch binder with some additives were presented.
