摘　　要：以杜衡 (Asarum forbesii)叶柄为外植体 ,通过两次灭菌后进行组织培养 ,结果表明 :外植体在 MS+BA 3 mg/L的培养基上产生大量愈伤组织 ,并且生长速度快 .将其移到 MS+BA 2mg/L+NAA0 .5mg/L的培养基上获得大量不定芽或丛生芽 .芽长大后 ,在 MS+NAA0 .2Leaf stalks of Asarum forbesii,after sterilized twice, we re used as tissue culture explants.Cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA 3 mg/L,the explants produced a lot of fast-growing calli.Many clustered buds and a dventitious buds were formed from calli,which had been transferred to MS medium supplemented with BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L.When buds grew big enough,they root ed and formed plantlets on MS supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L.
