摘　　要：作者根据多年工作实践和积累的资料 ,阐述了发展三峡水库渔业的构想 ,并提出了开拓渔业经济增长点 ;建立渔业经营管理机构 ;发展名特优水产养殖 ;增加渔业的资金投入等方面的具体措施。以供政府部门决策参考。The completion of the Three Gorges Reservoir Project with its water preserved will provide favorable conditions for the development of fishery. Based on many years′ practices and accumulated materials, the author presents some considerations on the development of fishery for the government policy makers. The measures suggested are as follows:pioneering new economic increasing points of fishery, setting up fishery business and management apparatuses,developing special high quality aequatic breeding and increasing investment in fishery.
