摘　　要：拆盘机是物流仓储系统自动堆码垛系统中连接生产线上下游的关键设备,通常被布置在机械手和生产线之间,具有托盘垛拆盘及空托盘的收集功能。文中从结构、功能、逻辑步骤和HMI操作4个方面介绍拆盘机的工作原理和功能特点。The depalletizer is key equipment connecting upstream and downstream of the production line in the auto- matic stacking system of warehousing system, generally arranged between the manipulator and production line, which performs the functions of depalletizing and the collection of empty pallets. The paper introduces the working principle and functional characteristics of the depalletizer from the structure, function, logical steps, and HMI operation.
