摘  要:围绕造船门式起重机结构缺陷对起重机安全运行的风险评价问题,以造船门式起重机主要结构缺陷之一的变形为例,分析了造船门式起重机变形的种类、成因和危害,基于模糊层次分析法建立了变形对造船门式起重机安全的影响安全评价指标体系,构造了变形的模糊综合评价矩阵,提出了变形评定准则,并组织专家对该起重机的变形情况进行定性和定量化安全评价,得出了安全等级,经过实际工程验证该方法具有较强的可行性和合理性。Considering the risk evaluation for crane safety operation affected by structure defects of shipbuilding gantry crane, the paper analyzes deformation types, causes and hazards for shipbuilding gantry crane by taking one of the main structural defects of such crane-deformation-as an example. The safety evaluation index system regarding the deformation impact on safety of the shipbuilding gantry crane is established based on the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process, with formation of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix for deformation. The paper also puts forward deformation evaluation standards, with qualitative and quantitative safety evaluation for such deformation by experts, resulting in the safety level. Actual practices prove that this method is of feasibility and rationality.
