摘　　要：军队党的组织文化作为军队党组织的重要资源和基石,本质上是党的先进文化的体现,是围绕军队使命任务开展工作、推进军队现代化建设的核心牵引力量。着力改进军队党的组织文化,主要是改进组织领导方式、改进组织社会化方式、改进组织文化的表征体系。As the resource and foundation of military party-organization, military party-organization culture is the reflection of the partyts advanced culture, the core of various works in the army, and the pulling force of advancing the military＇s modernization as well. In order to improve the militaryrs par- ty-organization culture, some measures should be taken, such as improving organizational leadership, organizational socialization and representation system of organization culture.
