摘　　要：通过研究郑和下西洋资料与文选,基于郑和下西洋的航海过程,着重分析了郑和下西洋的航海技术应用与创新,总结了郑和下西洋在航海方面的成就与航海精神,结合信息化战争条件下海军院校学员的素质要求,阐述了弘扬郑和航海精神,对培育当代海军学员航海素质的思考。By studying the data and literature about Zheng Hers voyages to the western seas, this arti- cle analyzes the application and innovation of marine technology in his voyage. Furthermore, his main achievement and sprit are summed up. With the demand of in^ormationization-based warfare on naval cadets, it is necessary to carry forward Zheng Hers spirit to cultivate naval cadets＇ navigation quali- ties.
