摘　　要：本文分别从称重传感器的弹性元件材料、弹性元件结构设计和机械加工、制造工艺及检测设备四个方面阐述了在产品制造时对质量影响的关键环节。文中所阐述的产品质量包括性能指标、产品的长期稳定性及故障周期等。本文目的在于对提高称重传感器整体性能指标和产品质量提供充分的参考依据。This paper elaborated product manufacturing in impact on the quality of key links from the load cell elastic element, the elastic element material structure design and mechanical processing, manufacturing processes and testing equipmenk which include performance indicators, long-term produc, t stability and fault period. The purpose of this paper is to improve the overall performance of the load cell and the quality of products to provide full references.
