温针灸结合丛刺电针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温针灸结合丛刺电针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将90例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为3组,其中温针灸组、丛刺电针组、温针灸结合丛刺电针组各30例。温针灸组和丛刺电针组分别采用单纯温针灸和单纯丛刺电针进行刺激,温针灸结合丛刺电针组则是两种疗法隔天交替进行刺激,10 d为1个疗程,两个疗程后统计疗效。结果温针灸结合丛刺电针组治愈率和有效率均明显高于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,温针灸结合丛刺电针组患者治疗后的生活质量明显优于单纯温针灸治疗或单纯丛刺电针治疗(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论温针灸结合丛刺电针治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,并能明显改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle warming moxibustion combined with cluster acusector on patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 90 patients with knee os- teoarthritis were randomly divided into 3 groups, needle warming moxibustion group, cluster acu- sector group and combined treatmeat group, with 30 cases in each group. Needle warm- ing moxibustion group and cluster acusector group were respectively treated by one simple method, while the combined treatmeat group was treated by two methods in turns day by day. One treat- ment course was 10 days. The curative effects were evaluated after 2 courses. Results The cure rate and effective rate were significantly higher in combined treatment group than in other 2 groups, with significant statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Life quality of patients in combined treat- ment group was obviously superior to that in other 2 groups, with significant statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of needle warming moxibustion combined with cluster acusector is effective in knee osteoarthritis, and it can significantly improve life Qualitv of patients, therfore it;tis worth being applied in clinic.
