摘　　要：人才培养、科学研究和社会服务是高等学校的重要职能,产学研合作是高等院校服务社会的有效途径。文章在研究国内外现有产学研利益分配方式的基础上,分析现阶段影响和制约产学研深度合作的主要因素,从不同视角探讨了工业文化对产学研利益分配的影响,提出了促进产学研合作的对策与方法。Personnel training, scientific research and social services are the important functions of universities and colleges. The industry-university-research cooperation is an important means and effective way of colleges and universities to serve the community. On the basis of benefit distribution approach studying of industry-university- research cooperation, main factors of influencing cooperation is analyzed. The industrial culture impact on the benefit distribution is discussed. And strategies and methods of promoting cooperation are put forwarded.
