摘  要:利用1064nm波长的全固态连续Nd:YVO4激光器作为抽运源,采用周期调谐技术,对PPMgLN晶体准相位匹配的全固态连续波光学参量振荡器(CW OPO)宽波段连续调谐输出特性和伴随输出的受激拉曼(Raman)散射进行研究。实验在多周期PPMgLN晶体的基础上,采用连续工作模式、单谐振和外腔结构。实验结果表明,全固态CW OPO实现了信号光在1435.9~1670.2nm近红外波段和闲频光在4185.0~2970.4nm中红外波段连续调谐输出;在30.5μm周期处,抽运功率达到11.79W时,获得最大总输出功率4.29W,光光转换效率达到36.4%;在28.5、30.0、30.5μm处同时有受激Raman散射光伴随输出;增加Raman散射的损耗,可以提高CW OPO闲频光的输出功率,在3451nm处获得最大输出功率1.98 W,光光转换效率达到16.8%。实现了外腔式全固态CWPPMgLN OPO在信号光和闲频光波段的高功率连续调谐输出,伴随输出的Raman散射对CW OPO的闲频光有重要影响。The output characteristics and coexistent stimulated Raman scattering of a multi-wavelength tunable optical parametric oscillator (OPO), which is pumped by an all-solid-state Nd: YV04 laser with the 1064 nm wavelength, are investigated by quasi-phase-matching period tuning technology. An experiment using the continuous wave (CW) operation mode, single resonant optical parametric oscillator and external cavity structure is carried out based on the PPMgLN crystal. Experimental results indicate that the widely tunable near-infrared spectrum from 1435.9 to 1670.2 nm and mid-infrared spectrum from 4185.0 to 2970.4 nm are obtained. The maximum total signal and idler output power at 30.5μm poling period is 4.29 W when pump power is 11.79 W, which corresoonds to anoptical-optical efficiency of 36.4 %. Coexistent CW OPO and stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) are demonstrated with 28.5, 30.0 and 30.5 μm poling periods. With the loss of SRS increasing, 1.98 W of the maximum idler output power at 3451 nm is obtained, corresponding to an optical-optical efficiency of 16. 8%. An extra-cavity, widely tunable, high power and continuous wave singly resonant CW-PPMgLN-OPO at the signal and idler wavelength is realized, and the coexistent Raman scattering has an important effect on the output of the idler.
