摘　　要：在国家大力提倡工科专业面向卓越工程师教育培养计划的背景下,通信工程系本科专业培养方案的制定过程中能力培养的环节的设置是实现培养目标的保障,在借鉴通信工程专业培养模式和3G工程师培养规划的基础上,结合哈尔滨工业大学实际提出的3G工程专业面向工程师培养的能力培养模式.Under the background of ＂Outstanding Engineers Education Training Plan＂ advocated by the Nation energetically for engineering specialty, the setting of ability cultivation link in the communication engineering training schemes is guarantee to achieve the training objectives. On base of communication engineering training model and 3G Engineer cultivation, a capacity -building model for the 3G engineering cultivating is proposed in the parper.
