气相色谱法分析2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁酰胺

摘　　要：采用DB-1701毛细管柱,以邻二甲苯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁酰胺进行定量分析。结果表明:2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁腈和2-氨基-2,3-二甲基丁酰胺线性相关系数为分别0.9997和1.000,标准偏差为0.19和0.22,变异系数为0.20%和0.24%。该方法具有简便、快速、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的优点,是较理想的分析方法。A method for the quantitative analysis of 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutyronitrile and 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbu- tyramide by GC with DB-1701 capillary column, o-xylene as internal standard and FID detector was described. The resuits showed that the linear correlation coefficient for 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbutyronitrile and 2-amino-2,3-dimethylbu- tyramide were 0. 9997 and 1. 000, the standard deviation were 0.19 and O. 22, the variation coefficient were 0.20% and 0.24%. The method with the advantages of convenience, fast speed, high precision and accuracy, and good linear corre-lations, is an ideal analysis method.
