高等医学院校附属医院建设“学术型”医院的思考

摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生事业的快速发展和医学科学的不断进步,高等医学院校附属医院正面临着新的发展机遇和挑战。通过对我国医院现状与发展趋势的研究分析,提出新时期高等医学院校附属医院走"学术型"医院的发展之路,并从内涵、特征、构建思路等几方面对建设"学术型"医院进行初步阐述,以期对我国高等医学院校附属医院的发展与建设提供新的思路。With the rapid development and continuous progress of China＇s medical and health care, affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities are facing new opportunities and challenges. Through the research analysis of the situation and development of the hospital in China, the development way of ＂academic＂ affiliated hospitals of colleges and university hospitals in the new period is proposed. And the connotation, characteristics and construction ideas in academic hospitals are expounded to provide new ideas for the development and construction of affiliated hospitals of national medical colleges and universities.
