摘　　要：卫生文化这一概念,自提出以来就引起广泛关注。在目前深化医药卫生体制改革的背景下,为了解决当前卫生系统存在的问题,使广大人民群众能够享有安全、有效、方便、廉价的医疗卫生服务,要加强社会主义卫生文化建设,使医疗卫生事业实现包容性发展;要积极地探索卫生文化的新内涵,新意义和新做法,为深化医药卫生体制改革提供文化和价值支撑。Heslth culture concept has attracted wide attention since its appearance Under the background of deepen- ing medical and health refrom in order to resolve the promblems of the cunrent health system, and to to make people share safe, effcctive, convinient and cheap medical and health service, healthcalturd construction of socialism should be strengthened to achieve the inclusive medical and health development In the new era of health reform, new connotation, meaning and practices of health culture should be actively explored to make relevant recommendations for the health culture reform and the building of a harmonious society.
