早期巡视制度对中国共产党建设的历史贡献——以安徽省为个案研究

摘　　要：中国共产党历来高度重视自身建设,在联共(布)和共产国际的帮助指导下,在领导中国革命斗争的实践中,建立并不断完善党的巡视制度。这一制度在推进安徽早期党的组织建设,加强党内民主和廉政作风建设,有效地实施党内监督等方面发挥了积极作用,作出了重大的历史贡献。Chinese Communist Party(CCP) has always attaches great importance to the construction of their own.With the selfless help and guidance from Communist International and the Soviet Comminist Party and the process of leading China’s revolutionary struggle.CCP introduce and constantly improve the system of inspection tours.Obviously,this system definitely play a positive role in three significant aspects which are: ‘promoting Anhui Province’s party organization construction’,‘strengthen inner-party democracy and honest style construction’ and ‘effectively implementing supervision within the party’ which had made a singinificant contribution to the history.
