摘　　要：涡轮机油新国家标准GB 11120-2011较旧国标GB 11120-1989相比,新增了几项指标,其中新增的清洁度指标给生产过程质量控制增加了难度,同时抗乳化性能一直是生产过程中不易控制的质量指标。对影响抗乳化、清洁度两项指标的主要因素进行分析,提出一些质量控制措施。By comparing the new national standard GB 11120-2011 Lubricating Oils for Turbines with old national standard GB 11120 -1989 Turbine Oils, it can be discovered that several technical specifications are added. The new technical specifi- cations, including cleanliness and demulsification, are discussed in this paper. The newly added cleanliness increases the difficulty of quality control in the production process of lubricating oils. And demulsification has always been difficult to con- trol in the production process. Meanwhile, the main factors that influence the technical specifications are analyzed, and some quality control measures are put forward.
