摘　　要：文章介绍了一步法废润滑油再生新工艺(简称XL工艺),工业应用结果表明:由该工艺对废内燃机油处理,生产的再生润滑油、轻质油以及重质燃料油的收率分别为79.69%、5.15%和14.53%,与实验室结果一致。该工艺流程简单、装置投资低、经济效益好、回收期短,为国内提供了一条新的废润滑油再生技术路线。The one -stage regeneration process for waste lube oils is introduced. The commercial application results of trea- ting spent internal combustion engine oil showed that the yields of regenerated lube oil, light oil and heavy oil are 79.69%, 5.15 % and 14.53 % respectively, which are in accord with the results of lab experiments. The new process has such excel- lent advantages as simpler process scheme, lower investment and operating costs, higher profits and shorter payback peri- od, so it is highly recommended as a new route for domestic waste lube oils regeneration.
