摘　　要：目的评价2011年开封市急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)监测系统的运转情况,维持无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)状态。方法采用描述性流行病学方法。结果 2011年开封市AFP病例监测系统共报告45例,其中异地AFP病例11例。15岁以下儿童非脊髓灰质炎AFP病例报告发病率3.80/10万,合格便标本采集率为95.6%,其他各项监测指标均为100%,均达到世界卫生组织和卫生部要求。结论要维持无脊灰状态,应继续保持高质量的AFP病例监测,减少异地病例。Objective To evaluate the working status of acute flaccid paralysis cases surveillance system and in order to evaluate the status of AFP surveillance system in Kaifeng.Methods The descriptive epidemiological methods were used in the study. Results 45 AFP cases were reported by surveillance system in 2011,11 AFP cases were confirmed as non-local AFP,the reported incidence of AFP cases under 15 years old was 3.80/100 O00,the collection rate of eligible stool specimens was 95.6 % o all the other surveiuallce indicators were 100 %,all of which were matched requirements of WHO.Conclusion For the aim of maintaining the state of polio-free,we would continually ensure the high quality of AFP surveillance and reduce non-local AFP cases.
