乒乓球正手台内侧拧技术的实效研究

摘　　要：正手台内侧拧技术是近年来发展起来并在实践中得到运用的新技术,主要通过调查法和实验法对乒乓球正手台内侧拧技术进行运动力学和解剖学分析,并结合相关实验对该技术在落点、旋转、弧线、命中率等方面进行实效研究。研究结果:保证"全方位"的全台进攻,继而掌握主动性和形成优势局面进入相持阶段,因此,对于前三板有技术优势和相持打法为主的运动员来说,正手台内侧拧技术的合理运用可以为赢得整个比赛打下更为良好的基础。The new technique of forehand insidetable twists which developed in recent years is used widely more in practice. By the method of investigation and experiment, the paper made mechanical and anatomical analysis on the forehand inside twist technique. And it combined with the relevant experiments on the placement, rotate, arc, hit rate and other aspects of effectiveness research. The results showed that the ＂allaround＂ full table attack should be ensured to take the lead and enter in the midrally stroke with advantageous situation. Therefore, for the players good at the ＂first three strokes＂ and midrally stroke, forehand inside twist technique could be a good foundation for winning the whole game.
