摘　　要：介绍了一种可靠的光纤延迟线延迟时间的测试方法,主要采用脉冲激光器,光纤分路器,高速探测器(FastPhoto Detector),TDC(Time to Digital Converter)等核心元件,能够测量最大范围0～65μs,最高精度10 ps的光纤延迟线的延迟时间。This paper introduces a test method of reliable delay time of optical fiber delay line,based on pulsed lasers,fiber splitter,high-speed detector.The test results with maximum measuring range of 0~65μs,and10ps high-precision of optical fiber delay line to delay time satisfy the design requirement.
