摘  要:用乙酰丙酮改性硅胶合成了一种新型固相萃取材料β-二酮改性硅胶,制备的材料用漫反射红外光谱进行表征,并将其用于固相萃取焦化废水中的痕量重金属元素。实验详细考察了溶液pH值、进样条件、洗脱条件以及共存离子干扰等因素对3种重金属离子镉、铅和汞的吸附效率的影响。结果表明,在优化的实验条件下,大部分的重金属离子都可以被定量除去。制备的β-二酮改性硅胶材料可以用盐酸再生,该方法快速、经济、选择性好,适用于固相萃取焦化废水中重金属离子。A novel solid phase extracted stuff, β-diketone modified silica gel is synthe- sized by acetyl acetone modified silica gel. The prepared materials are characterized by diffuse reflectance FTIR spectroscopy and then it is used for absorption of the heavy metal ions in the coking waste water in the process of solid phase extraction. The effects of such a few factors as pH value of solution, the incoming sample condition and elution condition as well as interference of coexisting ions on the absorption rate of three heavy metal ions, cadmium, lead and mercury are investigated carefully. Results show that under the optimized experimental conditions most of the heavy metal ions can be re- moved quantitively.β-diketone modified silica gel can be prepared by hydrochloric acid regeneration method. The method is rapid, selective, economic and applicable to solid phase extraction of heavy metal ions in coking wastewater.
