摘 要:目的调查贵阳市黄胸鼠对溴敌隆抗药性及大隆对抗性鼠的杀灭效果。方法无选择摄食试验。溴敌隆、大隆现场灭鼠试验比较。结果黄胸鼠对溴敌隆无选择摄食试验:死亡率70%,平均致死天数10d,平均致死剂量49.26mg/kg,存活鼠3只,平均存活剂量71.95mg/kg。黄胸鼠对大隆无选择摄食试验:死亡率100%,平均致死天数6天,平均致死剂量9.4mg/kg。溴敌隆现场灭鼠试验:灭后密度下降率65.0%,大隆现场灭鼠试验:灭后密度下降率96.3%。结论贵阳市存在抗溴敌隆的抗性鼠,大隆能有效的杀灭抗性鼠。Objective To investigate the resistance of rattus flavipectus to bromadiolone and the mortality effect of brodifacoum to resistant rat Guiyang. Method Do non optional feeding test, and compare the mortality re- suits of bromadiolone and brodifacoum. Results The mortality rate of rattus flavipectus to bromadiolone in non optional feeding test was 70%, the average lethal time were 10 days, and the average lethal dose was 49.26mg/kg. 3 rats survived, and the average survival dose was 71.95mg/kg. The mortality rate of rattus fla- vipectus to brodifacoum in non optional feeding test was 100%, the average lethal time were 6 days, and the average lethal dose was 9.4mg/kg. The density of rats after field deratization test by bromadiolone reduced 65.0% and the density after field deratization test by brodifacoum reduceds 96.3%. Conclusions There were rats resistant to bromadiolone in Guiyang City, and brodifacoum had a better effect to kill resistant rats.
