货币政策工具运用对吉林省银行业资金流动的影响—基于支付清算数据的实证分析

摘　　要：货币政策工具的运用影响着银行业的资金流动,进而影响着地区的金融及经济发展。本文以资金清算的视角对二者关系进行实证分析。首先对吉林省支付清算历史数据与同时期货币政策工具指标变量建立VAR模型,对其进行脉冲响应分析和方差分解,确定了货币政策工具指标变量对吉林省资金流动的冲击程度。在此基础上,对省内不同类型银行的支付清算历史数据与货币政策工具指标变量进行了线形回归分析,得到货币政策工具对各类型银行资金流动的不同影响。最后结合当前货币政策,给出合理化建议。The use of monetary policy tools affect the flow of funds in the banking industry, thereby affecting the financial and economic development within the region. In this paper, we conducted empirical analysis on the relationship between them from the angle of fund settlement. First, we constructed the VAR model based on payment and settlement of historical data of Jilin Province and the same period of monetary policy tools indicator variable. From this, we can get the degree of impact from the the tools of monetary policy indicator variables on the capital flows in Jilin Province through the impulse response analysis.On this basis, do a linear regression analysis. Finally, considered the current monetary policy, give the rational suggestion.
