摘　　要：介绍了CIMS环境下炼油企业质量体系运行原理 ,以及CIMS环境下MIS系统常用开发方法 ,并比较了它们之间的优缺点 ,论述了应用面向对象方法在CIMS环境下炼油企业质量信息系统中的应用 ;提出了CIMS环境下炼油企业质量系统的结构模型 ,同时提出了管理单元的概念 ,解决了系统的可扩充和重用。In this paper, Operating principle of quality architecture based on refinery CIMS and the common means for Management Information System (MIS) based on CIMS is introduced, and their advantages and shortcomings are compared with. It is stated that Object-Oriented Methods (OOM) is applied to the Quality Management Information Systems on the condition of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS). The quality system architecture model based on CIMS is described, and the concept of Management Unit is come out for solving expandability and repeated use of system components.
