摘　　要：:目前 ,在许多CIMS应用工程示范企业中都在建立设备集成化管理体系 ,提出向设备管理要质量、要速度、要效益 ,为达到这一效果 ,有必要对设备效能进行评估与测度。本文提供一种新的设备效能评估与测定方法 ,通过实施这一方法 ,可以大大地提高CIMS企业的生产效率和市场竞争能力。At present,most of the enterprises that implemented computer integrated manufacturing systems are now setting up plant integrated management systems(PIMS) in order to get speed, quality and benefit. in order to get high quality,speed and efficiency from equipment management, it is necessary to make a correct evaluation and measurement of the equipment effectiveness. In this paper a new method has been proposed to measure equipment effectiveness, through which it can increase productivity and competitiveness of CIMS enterprises.
