摘　　要：运用平衡计分卡作为医疗设备管理工具,分析其可行性,建立符合医疗设备全成本核算绩效评价要求的平衡计分卡模型及其指标体系,实现了医疗设备管理的战略目标。Balanced score card applying in medical equipment management is introduced and its feasibility is also analyzed.Balanced scored card mode and index system matching the request of medical equipment overall cost accounting performance assessment is set up and medical equipment management strategy is realized.
