摘  要:为满足电-气比例/伺服系统的应用需要,设计一种由比例电磁铁、活塞式阀芯及两位三通的阀体构成的直动式气动比例压力阀,并建立该比例阀的非线性数学模型.对于比例电磁铁,采用集总参数模型来描述电磁特性,模型参数由FEM分析得到.结合机械及气路的物理特性,分别对上、下阀芯的运动特性、阀体内的气体流动及热力学过程进行建模分析,保证了上、下阀芯的运动独立性.通过仿真对下阀芯的黏性摩擦系数、反馈通道的直径以及气源压力等影响比例压力阀的压力响应特性的因素进行分析,并设计一种比例压力阀的性能测试系统以验证模型的正确性.仿真与实验结果呈现良好的一致性,模型能够预测不同阶跃输入信号下该比例阀的压力响应过程.A direct drive type three-port pneumatic pressure valve,consisting of a proportional solenoid and a poppet assembly,was developed to fulfill the application requirement of electro-pneumatic servo system.A nonlinear lumped parameter model of the proportional solenoid,whose parameters were obtained by FEM analysis,was created to describe the complex magnetic characteristics.The movements of poppet assembly,pneumatic and thermodynamic properties in the valve were analyzed by taking account of physical effects of mechanical and pneumatic subsystem separately,and independence of the movements between poppet assemblies is allowed.The influence of poppet viscous friction coefficient,feedback pass diameter and air supply pressure was studied.A special test system was designed to verify the proposed model.Good comparison results between experiment and simulation are obtained,and the model can be used to predict valve's transient pressure response under different step input signals.
