摘　　要：文章梳理了沿边地方高校历史发展脉络,介绍了云南沿边地方高校基本情况和地域特点,分析了发展的新形势和存在的主要问题。通过这样的理解,旨在进一步发挥沿边地方高校服务区域经济社会和承担国家责任中担负的责任。The paper combed the historical development context of border and local universities. And introduced its basic information, region feature in YunNan; then analyzed the new reality and main problem about its development. All above is aim to make border and local universities play a role of giving service to regional economic and response for nation.
