摘 要:在对梭织汽车内饰布和针织汽车内饰绒布进行阻燃研究的基础上,采用磷-氮协效阻燃整理液,对阻燃效果较差的涤纶提花毛圈绒汽车内饰布进行后整理。通过燃烧特性测试和热重分析,表征了阻燃整理的效果。结果表明,针织绒的阻燃比普通梭织布困难;三嗪衍生物的加入,对磷系阻燃有很好的协效作用,可以显著提高针织绒布的阻燃效果,其燃烧速度从单一有机磷阻燃剂整理的C-118.9,提高到A-0。This paper was based on the flame retardant research on woven automobile interior fabric and knitted automobile interior fleece fabric. Phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant finishing liquid was used to deal with the polyester jacquard terry fleece fabric with had flame retardant effect. By means of the flammability test and Thermogravimetric Analysis, the finishing effect of flame retardant was characterized. The results showed that the flame retardant effect of knitted automobile interior fleece fabric was more difficult than normal woven fabric. Triazine derivative, which was added in, can have good synergistic effect on phosphorus flame retardant and significantly improved the flame retardant effect of knitted fleece fabric. Its burning rate can improve from C-118.8, which was under the treatment of single phosphorus flame retardant, to A-0.
