摘　　要：介绍了PLC在工业运料小车控制中的应用,描述了运料小车控制系统的控制要求,采用日本三菱FX1-24MR信号PLC,实现了运料小车的PLC控制,给出了系统的软硬件设计方案及相关程序。将PLC运用运料小车电气控制系统中,可实现运料小车的自动化控制,提高了可靠性,降低了运行费用。Introduces the application control system of industrial feeding of PLC in the control of industrial feeding car, describes the control requirements of car, realize the industrial feeding car PLC control with mitsubishi FX1-24 MR , gives the system software and hardware design scheme and the related procedures. The application of PLC in the control of industrial feeding car, can realize industrial feeding car automation control, improve the reliability, reduce the operating cost.
