摘  要:为了解决立式液压全调节轴流泵及导叶式混流泵下置式接力器的装拆及检修难度大的问题,通过对中置式与下置式接力器的对比分析,及对已经成功应用的中置式接力器的结构特点、工作过程及装拆过程的分析,证明了在现代加工手段作后盾的情况下,采用中置式接力器可以克服下置式接力器不可克服的装拆及检修难度大的缺陷,并进一步提出了中置式接力器的优化内容,使中置式接力器结构得到进一步完善。In order to solve the problem that it has great difficulty in the assembly, disassembly and maintenance of down-setting servomotor in vertical hydraulic full regulating axial-flow pump and guide vane mixed flow pump, we apply intermediate servomotor to replace the down-setting servomotor, which has been proved that it can overcome the above problem under the circumstance of modem processing methods for backing. It is done by comparing intermediate servomotor with down-setting servomotor and analyzing the structural features, working process and assembly and disassembly of intermediate servomotor which is successfully applied. This thesis will further put forward the details of optimization of intermediate servomotor to make the structure of the intermediate servomotor further improved.
