摘  要:厌氧消化是污泥处理的常用方法,为了进一步提高污泥厌氧消化效率,考察加热法和超声法对污泥预处理效果,结果表明,含固率为10%,8%,6%,4%的污泥,经60℃,70℃,80℃,90℃温度下预处理30 min,随温度升高,预处理后污泥上清液中的溶解性COD(SCOD)浓度也相应升高;针对含固率为10%,8%,6%,4%的污泥,经过70℃预处理30 min,其SCOD分别升高21%,31%,52%,37%。考察70℃加热预处理30 min后,含固率10%的污泥进行连续厌氧消化试验,在进料负荷为2.78 gVS.L-1d-1下,连续运行40 d,产气率可由原来的0.36 Nm3.kg-1VSin提高至0.44 Nm3.kg-1VSin。考察不同声密度和反应时间对不同含固率污泥进行超声预处理的影响,发现在声密度为0.6 W.mL-1,时间为5 min的条件下,对含固率为10%,8%,6%,4%的污泥进行预处理后,其上清液中的SCOD分别升高4.6%,59.0%,171.9%,123.0%。Anaerobic digestion is a convenient way to treat the sludge. Pre-heating and pre-treatment with ultrasonic sound were used for sludge to improve the efficiency of anaerobic digestion. The raw sludge with different solid contents of 10% , 8%, 6%, 4% were pre-heated for0.5 hours at different temperature of 60℃, 70℃, 80℃, 90℃ respectively. The SCOD (the COD in the superwater of the pretreated sludge after eentrifugation) increased as the temperature increased. After pre heated at 70℃ for 0.5 hour, the sludge with solid content of 10% was fed into the mesophilie anaerobic digester, and oper ated for 40 days at the organic loading rate of 2.78 gVS · L-1 d -1. The biogas production increased from 0.36 Nm3 · kg-1 VSin to 0.44 Nm3 · kg-1VSin The effect of different sound density and different pre-treatment time on different solid content sludge was also studied. The raw sludge with different solid contents of 10%, 8%, 6%, 4% were pre-treated under sound density of 0. 6 W · mL-1 for 5min, the increased percent of SCOD were 4. 6% ,59. 0% ,171.9% ,123.0% respectively.
