摘  要:针对动簧和衔铁铆接式的拍合式继电器,利用虚拟样机技术,建立机械系统虚拟样机模型。采用正交试验设计方法分析动簧折弯角度对反力特性的影响,确定影响静合压力、终态反力和刀口压力的关键角度,并与实测结果比较,验证模型的准确性,为该类继电器反力系统设计、生产提供指导。Aiming at clapper relay in the form of movable spring riveting with armature, the mechanical virtual prototype model of clapper relay was built by virtual prototype technology. By orthogonal experimental design method, the influence of the bending angle of movable spring to reaction force characteristics was analyzed to determine the key angles for normally closed contact force, final reaction force and revolution axis force. The validity of the model was verified by comparing with measuring results. This work can provide guidance in the process of reaction force system design and manufacture for this kind of relay.
