摘 要:通过研究预付费电表功能用于塑壳断路器的必要性及其工作原理,对比分析传统预付费电表专用塑壳断路器电路的设计缺陷,提出一种优化方案,即电源电路采用阻容降压的形式;脱扣器采用和继电器的常开触头串联,并以并联的方式连接在电路中;预付费电表信号检测和控制电路采用晶体管控制继电器,并带延时控制。该设计在满足传统预付费电表专用塑壳断路器工作特性的同时,能提高工作电压范围,真正实现380 V的电源供电;能提高脱扣器工作的可靠性;能可靠实现零复位时间,让用户能真正实现即充即用的用电方式并提高抗电磁兼容特性,使预付费电表专用塑壳断路器的稳定性和可靠性得以保障。According to the research of the prepayment meter function for the necessity of moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) and its working principle, this article compared and analyzed the design defect of the traditional prepayment meter special MCCB. The article put forward an optimized scheme, that is, the power circuit adopts the resistive and capacitive pressure relief form ; tripping device connects series with relay open contacts, and with the way to parallel connection in a circuit; prepayment meter signal detection and control adopts the transistor control relay, with delay control. This design satisfies traditional prepayment meter special MCCB work characteristics, at the same time, it can improve working voltage range, and achieve the 380 V power supply. It also can improve the reliability of tripping device and implement zero resetting time. The user can really realize to use the power of the filling way and high Electro magnetic compatibility properties, making prepayment meter special MCCB to guarantee the stability and reliability.
