摘  要:以两种不同污泥龄(SRT)SBR反应器的活性污泥为研究对象,考察了SRT和溶解氧(DO)对活性污泥污泥絮体疏松结合EPS(LB)、紧密结合EPS(TB)、溶解性微生物代谢产物(SMP)3种微生物代谢产物组成的影响。研究结果表明,低SRT(SRT=3d)下污泥絮体LB总数量和组分含量与混合液中SMP总浓度和组分浓度均随DO的增大而降低;高SRT(SRT=20d)下DO对LB总数量和组分含量与混合液中SMP总浓度和组分浓度的影响较小。不同SRT污泥絮体TB总数量和组分含量的差异明显;然而,DO对相同SRT污泥絮体的TB总数量和组分的影响较小。高SRT活性污泥的絮体结构稳定,受DO变化的影响较小,活性污泥系统的运行稳定性高。Adopting the activated sludge of different solid retention time (SRT) from laboratory sequencing batch reactor (SBR) as objects, the effects of SRT and dissolved oxygen (DO) on the components of three kinds of microbial metabolites were investigated, including loosely bound extracellular polymeric substances (LB), tightly bound extracellular polymeric substances (TB) in sludge flocs and soluble microbial produces (SMP) in liquid. In the SBR of low SRT(SRT =3d), with the increase of DO, the total amounts and components of LB and SMP were increasing. Whereas, the effect of DO on the total amounts and components of LB and SMP in the SBR of high SRT( SRT = 20d) were small. The differences of the total amounts and components of TB for different SRT sludge flocs were obvious. However, for the same SRT sludge flocs, DO had a slight influence on the the total amounts and components of TB.The structure of activated sludge flocs of high SRT was more stable and more weakly affected by DO change than that of low SRT, therefore the run stability of activated sludge system of high SRT was high.
