摘 要:目的探讨赤霉素(GA3)和6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)促进祖师麻原植物黄瑞香种子萌发的最佳浓度与时间,为黄瑞香人工栽培提供理论依据。方法以黄瑞香种子为试材,在不同质量浓度的GA3(0,100,200,300,400,500 mg/L)与不同浸种时间(8,16,24 h)和不同质量浓度的6-BA(0,25,50,75,100,125 mg/L)与不同浸种时间(8,16,24 h)下,测定黄瑞香种子的发芽率和发芽势。结果 200 mg/L的GA3溶液浸种16 h时,黄瑞香种子发芽率最高,为7.33%,比对照增加了5.33%,和其他处理组合比较差异有统计意义;25 mg/L的6-BA溶液浸种16 h时,黄瑞香种子发芽率最高,为6.33%,比对照增加了4.66%,和其他处理组合间比较差异有统计意义。结论 200 mg/L的GA3溶液浸种16 h或25 mg/L的6-BA溶液浸种16 h时,黄瑞香种子发芽率最高。Objective Investigate the optimum concentration and time of GA3 and 6-BA to promote seed ger mination with Daphne giraldii seed in order to provide theoretical basis for artificial cultivation of Daphne giraldii. Methods The study deals with the effects of GA3 and 6-BA on germination of Daphne giraldii seed with different concentrations of GA3 solution(O, 100,200,300,400,500 mg/L) and 6-BA solution(0,25,50,75,100,125 mg/L) with different soading time (8,16,24 h). Results 200 mg/L GA3 solution treatment with 16 h had the highest ger- mination percentage( was 7.33% ), it increased 5.33% , highly significant differences were existed among other treatments. 25 mg/L 6-BA treatment with 16 h had the highest germination percentage( was 6.33% ), it increased 4.66%, highly significant differences were existed among other treatments. Conclusion 200 mg/L GA3 solution treatment with 16 h or 25 mg/L 6-BA treatment with 16 h had the highest germination percentage of original plants Daphne giraldii.
