摘　　要：随着我国公共图书馆免费服务政策的确立,电子阅览室免费开放使用,必然伴随着计算机和互联网在公共图书馆的免费使用、以及服务的免费开展。本文探讨公共图书馆计算机和互联网免费使用后,由此带给我国社会、图书馆用户、公共图书馆本身的影响以及公共图书馆应对这些影响和问题可能采取的一些对策。With the establishment of free public library service policy, free to use electronic reading rooms, must be ac- companied by the free use of computer and the Intemet in public libraries, free services to be carried out.
